We are building a team of professional, reliable, and structured German teachers for A1–C1 levels.
What We’re Looking For
We are currently looking for teachers who:
- Have a degree in German Studies or DaF certification (preferred)
- Have experience teaching A1–C1 levels
- Understand CEFR progression(Preferably Göthe Certification Exams)
- Can teach grammar clearly and systematically
- Are reliable and punctual
- Are comfortable teaching online
Partnership Model
This is a revenue-sharing partnership.
- The academy provides marketing and student acquisition.
- Courses are delivered live online.
- Teachers are paid based on student enrolment.
- There is no fixed salary.
We value long-term collaboration and professional standards.
Responsibilities
Teachers are expected to:
- Deliver structured live lessons
- Follow academy lesson framework
- Assign and review homework
- Maintain academic standards
- Participate in quality reviews
